Experience and Qualifications

• Real world experience working and navigating corporate South Africa
• Strong experience in program development, implementation and evaluation
• Working agile work environment developing, leading, and facilitating hybrid environments across regions of South Africa
• NQF level 6 or higher qualification
• MICT SETA registered assessor/moderator-advantageous

Competencies

• Community organising/ inspiring/ building lasting relationships
• CRM database software in support
• Developing, leading, and facilitating hybrid environments across regions of South Africa
• Finance/entrepreneurship-related field-advantageous
• Experiential education or facilitation certification and training-advantageous
