Our socially inclusive and equitable Incubator for financial professionals is cultivating the pipeline for the next generation of African stockbrokers, fund managers,  and intermediaries with values based banking at our core.


As the JSE and the NYSE expand global collaborations, so are we. Our fellows not only serve the South African economy, but also the new face of the global majority, next-gen workforce, and the multi-trillion dollar economy that our communities power. Which gives us the opportunity to create systematic change.


What you will do.

You will build your teamwork, problem-solving and professional development skills through a tailored curriculum focused on financial services exposure and education. You will gain tangible skills that will translate into potential future opportunities.


  • The vision, the skills, the market, the service offering and the social capital
  • Developing your business plan, registering, creating a brand
  • Securing the first client – clinching the deal and a system of referrals for work.
  • Network with professionals from around the world and hear more about their experiences and diverse background

Valued qualities

You'll need to exhibit an interest in financial services, flexibility, teamwork, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure and work in a collaborative environment.

Gain real-life perspective on the industry while making invaluable connections

Exposure

You'll gain exposure in entrepreneurship through meeting with Small Business owners and pros around the world, while helping to research and consult on real business growth challenges that business owners are facing today. 


Training

Your work experience will be complemented with training designed to improve  your leadership, technical and professional skills. 


Ongoing mentorship, mastermind, & coaching groups

Starting and/or running a business can be very challenging and lonely. Ongoing mentorship will help graduates to

not feel so isolated in society. This can also help entrepreneurs to brainstorm ideas and prevent them from making serious mistakes. Ongoing mentoring and coaching can also help to grow your businesses.
