    Founded in Cape Town South Africa, the Institute for Black Progressive Commerce (IBPC) is a Black womxn-led think & do tank.  IBPC works with unheralded communities, businesses, organisations, and individuals to achieve and aspire their self-determination through forging communities of practice, strengthening intersectional evaluation methods, creating equity through entrepreneurship, and encouraging economic equity from within. IBPC co-designs wealth and power building efforts that directly invest in our workforce, support meaningful data collection informed by intersectional research approaches, and helps build thoughtful community-led projects that enforce values that put people at the centre.

Founded in Cape Town South Africa, as the Institute for Black Progressive Commerce (IBPC) in 2018, has since evolved into The Afro Renaissance Consortium (Afro RC) is a Black womxn-led think & do tank.  Afro RC works with unheralded communities, businesses, organisations, and individuals to achieve and aspire their self-determination through forging communities of practice, strengthening intersectional evaluation methods, creating equity through entrepreneurship, and encouraging economic equity from within.
